Organic Solutions VermaGrow™ (Premium Vermicompost) 5 lb. tubs up to 1,800 lb. totes
Blend of earthworm castings, compost, trace minerals, & beneficial microbial inocula. Vegetable waste, compost, recycled paper, and straw are digested and blended by thousands of worms which leave castings rich in organic content and beneficial microbes. We also add humate, fulvic acid, kelp, sea-salt, and beneficial bacterial and fungal inoculums which enrich the compost with essential trace elements and microbial foods and promote a healthy and diverse soil foodweb community.

Is a biological source of beneficial soil microorganisms, enriched substrates and microbial foods. This formulation allows beneficial microbes to survive harsh soil environments, improve nutrient cycling, and increase plant health. The soil conditioning “Humate” is an OMRI-listed, certified organic, granular product and is the foundation of all of our humic acid products.

Biochar is a term used for biomass charcoal derived from plant materials. VermiChar is a biological source of beneficial soil microorganisms, enriched substrates and microbial foods. This formulation allows beneficial microbes to survive harsh soil environments, improve nutrient cycling, and increase plant health.

Harrington's OLC Fungal Compost 5 lb. bag-1,800 lb. totes
Bark mulch inoculated with diverse beneficial fungal flora which boosts calcium & soil moisture/nutrient retention. Commonly missing from most human-impacted environments, beneficial fungi create good soil structure, extend plant root surface area, and help plants uptake water and nutrients. Both composts are made onsite & received “Excellent” results from independent soil tests.

Harrington's OLC Liquid Compost Extract 275-2,000 gals.
We specialize in the blending of liquid compost extract, biological inoculants, microbial foods, and trace elements to make a complete bio-spray for custom application to lawns, landscapes, farms, pastures, and other crops.
In the process of compost extraction, the beneficial microbes in compost are dislodged and go into a solution. The micro-organisms in LCE are living in a dormant stage until they are “activated” in response to external stimuli such as added microbial foods, plant root exudates, or ideal temperature conditions.
Liquid compost extract (LCE) has several advantages over Aerated Compost Tea (ACT). LCE can be generated in large volumes in a short time frame. It has the same diversity of micro-organisms as in ACT, but since they are dormant, LCE can be stored for long periods of time before it is applied. When microbial foods are added to the extract, LCE then offers the flexibility of activating for use as compost tea. Our LCE is made from 100% natural products.
OS Bio-Inoculant EM 2.5 gal.
EM stands for "Effective Microbes", a product/procedure developed in Japan. The beneficial, slime-producing bacteria helps improve soil structure by binding soil particles together into aggregates and creating air pockets. EM works well in soil remediation and as an addition to composts because in both situations anaerobic conditions are likely to exist (ie, in compacted soils or in the center of compost piles). You can use this product in composting, vermicomposting, and in controlling odors.

OS Dethatch Powder 1-20 lbs.
Our Dethatch Powder contains a proprietary blend of 39 naturally-occurring soil microorganisms efficient at decomposing dead plant tissue including cellulose, lignin, lingo-cellulose, and xylose. Repeated applications establish a thriving community of thatch-eating microbes that suppress diseases and problems associated with too much thatch.

OS Microbial Consortium 1-50 lbs
A microbial inoculum containing diverse groups of beneficial organisms designed to improve biologically deficient, poorly structured, infertile soils. The OS Consortium contains the following : Bacillus bacteria keep pathogenic populations in check, enhance plant growth, solubilize minerals for plant availability, promote nutrient cycling, reduce mineral leaching, decompose organic matter, and degrade pesticide residues.
Pseudomonas bacteria produce compounds which stimulate plant growth, suppress pathogenic fungi, and help plants resist environmental stresses including high/low temperatures and drought. Streptomyces (actinomycetes) possess traits of both fungi and bacteria. They provide the same beneficial functions as bacillus and pseudomonas. Trichoderma are fungi that extend a plant’s root system facilitating water and nutrient absorption. They have potent anti-fungal properties and are able to solubilize phosphorus for plant uptake. Penicillium is a beneficial fungus that is usually absent from most soils impacted by human activity. It provides the important function of solubilizing bound phosphorus and of making it plant-available.
Saccharomyces are prolific enzyme producers capable of degrading a broad range of organic compounds. They produce B vitamins which supports plant growth and development.

FERTILIZER & MINERAL AMENDMENTS

OS-Spring™ (9-0-0) 50 lbs.
Granular corn gluten meal fertilizer which contains no phosphorus or potassium. Discourages conditions that support crabgrass, dandelions and other broadleaf weeds. Adds slow-release nitrogen derived from safe, natural plant proteins. Fortifies soil with beneficial microbes to improve soil biology.
OS-Green™ (11-0-0) 50 lbs.
Granular high nitrogen all-purpose summer fertilizer derived from bone and feather meals that works well with a liquid biological program. This product make for an excellent fungal food that can stimulate beneficial biological activity.


OS-Summer™ (6-2-3) 50 lbs.
Granular, all-purpose, summer fertilizer derived from soy and alfalfa that works well with a liquid biological program. Nutrients and slow-release nitrogen from this product are derived from de-hulled soybean meal, alfalfa, distillers dried grains, sulfate of potash, and molasses.

OS-Cal is a restorative formula that can reduce the build-up of salts in all types of soil simply by releasing and buffering the sodium. Its all-natural, concentrated blend of humates, soft rock phosphate and complexed calcium provides essential humic, fulvic, and amino acids that enhance soil conditions for healthier roots and plants. OS-Cal is used as a base in a majority of Live Earth’s quality granular humic/fertilizer blended products. 50 lbs. covers 5,000 sq. ft.
OS-Conditioner™ 50 lbs.
sulfur 1.5%, iron 2.25%, humic acid 45%
This soil conditioner is an OMRI-listed, certified organic, granular product and is the foundation of all of our humic acid products. Its essential humic, fulvic, and amino acids naturally promote enhanced soil activity for healthier roots and plants. The unusually high carbon content guarantees balanced carbon-to-nitrogen ratios necessary for maintaining a healthy soil.
OS-Fall™ (6-2-12) 50 lbs.
Granular product containing soy meal, lava rock, humate, dextrose, kelp meal, gypsum (for calcium), humic acid, iron sulfate, soft rock phosphate, potassium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, sulfur, and bacteria. Upon application it releases stored nutrients, promotes beneficial microbial activity, encourages root development, and conditions the soil. In fall applications it increases a plant’s stored sugar reserves which helps the plant overcome challenges of over-wintering.
